  • The mission of the GovTech space is to deliver improved government services through technology and design. By utilizing human-centered design methodologies, 508 accessibility to make digital experiences accessible to all and Agile methodologies digital products are created. By co-creating with our users the design and development of digital solutions is intuitive with an end product that meets users needs and is a delightful experience. 

    My experience with the USDA and NHTSA DOT Investigations supports the mission of furthering and supporting government technology to transform digital experiences for public services. 

    The two case studies in my website are outlined in general terms leaving out confidential details. These are utilized to depict my thought process and my key roles in these projects.
